I'm a professional film actress (SAG-AFTRA). I work in areas of on & off-camera media; print, voiceover. As co-owner of a boutique communication consulting business I focus on how to increase one’s influence in every aspect of life through mindfulness, communication skills and emotional intelligence.

I’ve taught at the University of Cincinnati CCM, for the past 10 years, lectured at The Lindner Business College, UC Law School and recently the UC Women’s LEAD. The Xavier Leadership Center has been my steadiest client allowing me to help individuals and corporations, deliver their message with more power, intention and clarity. I’ve served on a number of board of directors for organizations in Cincinnati that I believe in. I’m excited to assist in the creation of The College Hill Arts Hub formally the Hollywood Theater and collaborating on a Women’s Leadership Podcast for the local AFL-CIO Cincinnati Labor Council.

Yes, my hands are in a few creative projects at any given time. Recently, I reconnected with my early theater roots as a member of AEA (Actor’s Equity Association) at The Know Theater of Cincinnati and The Ensemble Theater of CIncinnati.

As a lover of live music, art, food, and the occasional spontanious travel adventures, I love to unwind playing fetch with my crazy cool doodle, who is also my best friend and protector, Winston. I’m an empty nester and love watching my kid grow into adulthood.

Making the most of each day based on joy, gratitude, and kindness through mindfulness practices, meditation and sheer will.
